JED x Stitch - Blue Rose

“Blue Rose” is a counted cross stitch pattern with some specialty stitches. This pattern features am assortment of blue animals, plants, and motifs. Patterns are provided for a larger pattern shown on the brown fabric and a smaller pattern on the light purple fabric.

The model is stitched on 40 count "Cocoa" linen by Fiber on a Whim using 1 strand of floss over 2 linen threads. The model was stitched using all DMC cotton floss. For the smaller bonus pattern, 32 count "Sprite" lugana by Picture this Plus was used.

Large pattern on brown fabric: Stitch count is 88w x 123h. Finish size is 4.4" x 6.15" for the model on 40 count. (6.3 x 8.8 inches on 14 count.) Model is finished in a 5x7 inch frame. Stitch types:

+ Full crosses: 3,643

+ Back stitching: Yes, not Aida friendly

+ Eyelet stitches: 3

Small pattern on light purple fabric: Stitch count is 84w x 54h. Finish size is 5.25" x 3.38" for the model on 32 count. (6 x 3.9 inches on 14 count.)
