JED x Stitch - Persephone's Garden

“Persephone's Garden” is a counted cross stitch pattern with some specialty stitches. This design features some Quaker-like motifs with a garden scene.

The model is stitched on 46 count "Midnight Ride" linen by xJu Designs using 1 strand of floss over 2 linen threads. The model was stitched using 6 Pirate + Robin overdyed flosses and 1 DMC floss. A DMC conversion is provided for the overdyed floss.

Stitch count is 100w x 232h. Finish size is 4.4" x 10" for the model on 40 count. (7.2 x 16.6 inches on 14 count.) Stitch types: + Full crosses: 7,593 + Backstitch: None + Rhodes stitches: 16 + Algerian eyelets: 45 + Smyrna crosses: 15 Instructions are provided for the specialty stitches. You can substitute full crosses for the specialty stitches if you prefer.
